"Go and Tell"

Luke 24: 8-11

And they remembered His words, and returned from the tomb and reported all these things to the eleven and to all the rest.
Now they were Mary Magdalene and Joanna and Mary the mother of James; also the other women with them were telling these things to the apostles.
But these words appeared to them as nonsense, and they would not believe them.

I love the story of the birth of Jesus. God chose to send the message of His love through a tiny baby; the weakest, most dependent, and defenseless of all human beings.

Will The Real Mean Spirited People Please Stand Up

Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards and her partner, President Obama, like to call  pro-life advocates "mean-spirited” among other names!

I wonder! What would they call ripping a child from a mother’s womb and leaving her to die from infection, or suffer for the rest of her life after being butchered on the inside? What would they call chopping an unborn child to pieces inside the mother’s womb, then removing those tiny body parts and selling them on the open market for cosmetics or vaccines?

Dare We Examine the Truth?

Every American should be out raged of the latest report of a young woman in Everett, Washington who is the latest victim of what our congressmen and women call "safe" abortion.  Do our educated congress men and women not yet realize there is no such thing as a safe abortion? Or is it that they can't be bothered with the truth?

It is argued by some of the United States highest government officials that abortion is a necessary part women’s reproductive health, and that the government has no right to become involved in such an intimate decision.

Consider Him Who Endured

Hebrews 12:1-3

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

Betrayal That Does Not End

“I thought there might be a little pregnancy up there,” the doctor said, with a carefree congratulatory smile and an almost pleasant sounding voice, as if I had just announced the birth of my child rather than the horror that I was hemorrhaging and had just passed two large clots of blood the size of my fist in a public restroom.
Undaunted by my distress, he eagerly inquired if I had brought the specimens with me, as if I had just lost a couple of teeth and he “the good tooth fairy” wanted to collect the little jewels.
