Scripture: In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation--having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of His glory. (EP 1:13-14)
Reflection: We now know based on science that physical life begins at the point of conception for every human being. The unborn child is equipped with everything he/she will need to survive birth into the physical world when the male sperm and female egg unite.
Scripture: Psalm 123
To You I lift up my eyes,
O You who are enthroned in the heavens!
Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master,
As the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress,
So our eyes look to the LORD our God,
Until He is gracious to us.
Be gracious to us, O LORD, be gracious to us,
For we are greatly filled with contempt.
Our soul is greatly filled
With the scoffing of those who are at ease,
And with the contempt of the proud.
Scripture: If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?" (Psalm 11:3)
Reflection: Good women make bad decisions when they are frightened or believe they have no other options. The decision to have an abortion is one that can not be corrected after the fact. Good women live with the regret of this decision for the rest of their life. It destroys more than the life of their child, it destroys a part of the woman’s life also and in some cases destroys future children.
Scripture: In the way of righteousness is life: and in the pathway thereof there is no death. (Proverbs 12:28)
Reflection: Jesus died on the cross that we might be forgiven of our sins and receive eternal life, but our Savior did not remain in the grave. On the third day He came forward to eternal life. He gained the victory over death for us! Let us die to our selves and our selfishness every day that we might also find the abundant and eternal life that Christ offers to us.
Scripture: Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth. (Jeremiah 33: 6)
Reflection: Something is very wrong in our nation when unborn children are considered property that can be destroyed for the convenience of the mother. Our young people are being destroyed by illegal drugs and perverted life styles. Our government demands that we teach them from an early age that homosexual marriage is a "right" and that we must honor this peversion.
Scripture: Thethiefcometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.(John 10:10)
Reflection: When the abortionist kills an unborn baby he takes more than just their lives. He takes the lives of the grand children and great grandchildren that God would have brought into the world through the life of that one baby. He robs from all the future generations their heritage…their reward from God.
The labour of the righteous tendeth to life: the fruit of the wicked to sin.
Happy Harvest Wish!
Our years fly past
One after the other,unnoticed
Grief and sadness disappear;
They are carried away by life.
This world, the earth, is so transient,
Everything in it come to an end.
Life Is Important. Don’t be happy-go-lucky!
What answer will you give your Creator?
What awaits you, my friend, beyond the grave?
Answer this uestion while light remains.
Perhaps tomorrow, before God,
You will appear to give an answer for everything
God promises us in His word:
2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Because of our prayers, God is healing our land!
Indeed, if we hope to survive as a nation, we must not continue honoring the “abortion god” with our legal blessing and our finances.
Americans must understand that a threat to life by Planned Parenthood anywhere, is a threat to life everywhere .
Scripture: For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb--- Psalms 139:13
Reflection:Americans need not determine when life begins to determine if the unborn child is a separate human being. God’s word tells us that the work in the womb is His. That work of creating a human life began at the moment of conception.
The prophet Jeremiah tells us in Jeremiah 1:4-5
Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying: "Before
I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were
